Are ShredliX wraps custom-made?
Yes. Every ShredliX snowboard wrap is made to order specifically for your snowboard. We print each wrap after your order is placed to ensure the best possible fit and print quality.
How do I choose the correct snowboard model?
During checkout, simply select your snowboard brand, model, and size.
If you're unsure which template fits your board, contact us before placing your order. We're happy to help.
Can I customize my design?
Yes! Depending on the product, you may upload your own artwork or choose from our available designs.
Please make sure you own the rights to any images or artwork you submit.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders may be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once production has started, custom orders cannot be modified or cancelled because they are made specifically for you.
Production & Shipping
How long does production take?
Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days.
During holidays or busy seasons, production may take a little longer.
How long does shipping take?
Standard international shipping typically takes 10–15 business days after production.
Delivery times may vary depending on your country, customs processing, and local carriers.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes.
We ship to most countries worldwide, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Installation
Are the wraps easy to install?
Yes.
Our wraps are designed for easy DIY installation. We recommend carefully following our installation guide to achieve the best results.
Can I remove the wrap later?
Yes.
When removed correctly, the wrap is designed to come off cleanly without leaving significant adhesive residue on most snowboard surfaces.
Can I reuse a wrap after removing it?
No.
Our wraps are designed for one-time installation and cannot be reapplied once removed.
Product Quality
Will the colors look exactly like my screen?
Not always.
Actual printed colors may vary slightly because every monitor, phone, and printer displays colors differently.
Minor color variations are normal and are not considered defects.
Is the wrap waterproof?
Yes.
Our premium TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) wraps are water-resistant and designed to withstand snow, moisture, cold temperatures, UV exposure, and normal riding conditions.
The durable TPU material also helps protect your snowboard's top sheet from scratches, scuffs, and everyday wear while maintaining excellent flexibility and durability.
Will the wrap protect my snowboard?
Yes.
In addition to giving your snowboard a unique appearance, the wrap also helps protect the top sheet from scratches, scuffs, and everyday wear.
Please note that wraps are not intended to prevent structural damage from heavy impacts.
Returns & Warranty
Can I return a custom wrap?
Because every wrap is custom-made specifically for your order, we do not accept returns for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selected by the customer
• Incorrect information submitted during ordering
If we make a mistake or your product arrives damaged, we'll make it right.
What if my wrap arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photos of:
• The product
• The packaging
• The shipping label
Our team will review your claim and arrange a replacement or another appropriate solution.
What does your warranty cover?
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and printing defects.
It does not cover damage caused by improper installation, accidents, misuse, normal wear and tear, or modifications after delivery.
