Every ShredliX snowboard wrap is custom-made specifically for your order. Because each product is produced on demand, please allow time for production before shipment.
Production Time
- Standard production time is 2–5 business days.
- During holidays, product launches, or peak seasons, production may take slightly longer.
Shipping Time
After your order has been produced, shipping typically takes 10–15 business days, depending on your destination.
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs clearance, weather conditions, local postal services, or carrier delays that are beyond our control.
Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping on most orders.
Additional shipping charges may apply to certain remote or difficult-to-service locations.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Damaged Packages
Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery by emailing:

Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged product
- Photos of the shipping box
- Photos of the shipping label
We will review your claim and work quickly to provide a replacement or another appropriate solution.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If an incorrect address is provided and the package has already shipped, we cannot guarantee successful delivery.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or refusal to accept delivery, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
