Installation Guide

Snowboard Wrap Installation Instructions

Before You Start

Our snowboard wraps are made of high-quality stretchable TPU material, designed for precise fitting and long-term protection. Proper installation is critical to avoid bubbles, wrinkles, or misalignment.

Please read the full instructions carefully before installing your wrap.

Recommended Tools

  • Clean microfiber cloth
  • Isopropyl alcohol or board cleaner
  • Hair dryer or heat gun (low heat mode)
  • Squeegee or smooth flat tool

Step 1 — Clean Your Snowboard

Thoroughly clean the entire surface of your snowboard top sheet. Remove all dust, wax residue, dirt, and oil.

A completely clean surface ensures strong adhesion and prevents bubbles after installation.

Step 2 — Dry the Surface Completely

Make sure your board is fully dry before applying the wrap. Any moisture will cause peeling or poor adhesion over time.

Step 3 — Align the Wrap

Peel off the backing film gently. Start aligning the wrap from the nose or tail according to your board shape.

Take your time to adjust positioning before pressing firmly.

Step 4 — Apply and Smooth Gradually

Press the wrap slowly from the center outward. Use your hand or squeegee to smooth out air bubbles.

Do not apply full pressure in one single push. Work gradually to avoid wrinkles.

Step 5 — Use Heat for Perfect Fitting

Low heat can soften the TPU material and help it perfectly fit curved board surfaces.

Heat gently while stretching and fitting the edges. Do not use high heat to avoid material damage.

Step 6 — Final Edge Pressing

Firmly press all edges to ensure full adhesion. This step prevents lifting during riding or transportation.

Important Installation Notes

  • Improper installation, rushed application, or over-stretching may cause bubbles or wrinkles
  • Once fully adhered, the wrap cannot be repositioned easily
  • Do not expose the newly installed wrap to water or snow within 24 hours
  • Minor bubbles may disappear naturally within a few days
  • Installation damage is not covered under warranty
